Ought to ถือว่าเป็น Semi-Modal Verb เพราะบางครั้งสามารถเป็นกริยาช่วยและในบางครั้งก็เป็นกริยาหลักได้ด้วย โดยความหมายของ Ought to หมายถึง ควรจะ
